FAQ

Interior Detailing questions.

Can you remove pet hair and pet odor?
Yes — pet hair removal is included in our Interior Maintenance package, and it’s available as an add-on with any other package alongside our odor neutralizing treatment.
How long does an interior detail take?
Most interiors take two to four hours. Heavy pet hair, set-in stains, or a cabin that hasn’t been cleaned in a while can add time, and we’ll confirm a window when you book.
Do I need to supply water or power?
No. The rig is fully self-contained, so your driveway, parking ramp, or office lot works as-is.
Can you get spills and smells out, like coffee, milk, or smoke?
Usually, yes. Steam plus hot-water extraction pulls most spills out of fabric, and the odor neutralization pass handles what’s left in the air and vents. Truly deep-set stains can lighten rather than vanish, and we’ll tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
What about child car seats?
We vacuum and steam around installed seats and clean under them when you unclip them for us. We leave reinstalling the seat to you, since it has to be refitted correctly.
Which package should I pick for an interior?
Premium Full Detail ($299) covers a one-time full reset inside and out. If you want the cabin kept up year-round, Interior Maintenance ($199/mo) keeps it at that level on a schedule.
